What type of vehicles will we be traveling in?
You will be traveling in a safari converted Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4.
Can I have a private safari vehicle?
Definitely YES. All safaris can be booked with the exclusive use of a vehicle for your party. A custom safari for two clients is significantly more expensive per person than seats on a similar small group safari. However, on a custom safari with an exclusive vehicle, the cost of the vehicle and driver guide is divided by the number of clients sharing the vehicle. Therefore; per person cost of a custom safari reduces the more clients that are sharing the vehicle and maximum in one vehicle is 7 passengers window seat guaranteed.
Do you have any groups I could join?

What is the best season to do safari to Eastern African countries
Safaris to East Africa is always all year round in the northern circuit but most part of the Tanzania’s southern and western tourist zones are seasonally visited during rain season most part can not be easily accessible. However, the most popular seasons are mid December to mid March and July to mid September. This is because of the demand for winter holidays and the summer school breaks. An increasing number of visitors are realizing that June and October are ideal, benefiting from lower visitor numbers and off peak rates on the airlines. We at Olosokwan Adventures (T) Ltd normally offers discounted safaris programs in April/ May/ June low season and may well be able also to offer some huge discounts for groups during this period- please contact our safari consultants for details.
When Can I see the great Migrations
In general the herds of wildebeest and zebras assemble south of the Serengeti during January and February, the season in which they give birth to their young. Starting around March they begin moving North and West in search of fresh grazing through the Serengeti Park. They can move in enormously long single file lines or in huge herds. The large concentrations of the animals reach the Maasai Mara in Kenya, where they tend to remain during July and August, before starting their return trek south back through the Serengeti in September.
Can I create my own Itinerary?
If you are planning an exclusive vehicle safari then you are free to arrange whatever itinerary you choose, within logistical constraints. Olosokwan Adventures (T) Ltd can arrange any required itinerary subject to practical and logistical considerations and will be pleased to discuss and quote for your special requirements. Do you have camping safari programs?
Yes..! Olosokwan Adventures (T) Ltd provides a choice of two stylish camping safaris. 1. luxury mobile camping which is an expensive option for groups less than four. Luxury mobile camping works out to be almost twice the price of regular lodge- based safaris. 2. Budget camping safaris, using dome tents which is relatively cheaper and flexible. However, there is a popular option combining lodges with permanent tented camps on a private safari vehicle and driver guide that works out at a very competitive price. Are children allowed to join a safari?
Olosokwan Adventures provides wonderful trip for any child old enough to enjoy and appreciate the experience of the wilderness. On most safaris there are quite long trips on rough roads, and these cannot really be recommended for infants and very young children. Children under 12 will benefit from reduced fares on scheduled airlines, and many lodges will provide an additional bed for a child sharing a room with parents at a reduced cost. Sopa Lodges all have large rooms with two double beds as standard. Important Note: Some of luxury small capacity permanent tented camps do not allow children younger than 12 years old, but all safari lodges do accept children from 2years.
